Dining at Kobe Beef Daia was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The quality of the Kobe beef was absolutely exceptional—perfectly marbled, incredibly tender, and rich with flavor. Every bite literally melted in my mouth. What made the experience even more special was Chef Kitajima. Not only is he an incredible chef, but he is also a wonderful host. He took the time to patiently explain everything—from the different cuts of Kobe beef to the proper way to enjoy it. He showed us how to savor the beef step by step so we could truly appreciate its flavor and texture. Chef Kitajima’s passion for his craft and his warm hospitality elevated the entire experience. You can tell he takes great pride in sharing authentic Kobe beef with his guests. It felt less like a meal and more like a culinary education. If you want a genuine Kobe beef experience in Japan, Kobe Beef Daia is absolutely worth visiting. Thank you, Chef Kitajima, for an unforgettable meal and for making us feel so welcome.
